You will need to plan your arrival into Whitehorse,
Yukon, one day prior to your scheduled hunt date and your
departure for one day after. A representative of the outfit
will meet you in Whitehorse and transport you to Atlin, B.C.,
where you will charter into the hunting area.
A deposit of 1/3 the hunt price is due at
the time of booking. An additional 1/3 is due 6 months prior
to the hunt with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to
arrival. Deposits are non-refundable; however, you may transfer
your hunt to another person or to another date in the same
year, if available.
Included in the hunt price: Airport
pick up and return from Whitehorse, Yukon; Meat flights; transportation,
accommodations and meals during the hunt; guide services and
field care of trophies.
Not included in the hunt price: Commercial
airfare to Whitehorse; $900 charter flight; hunting license
and tags; $125 non-resident hunter preservation fee; 6%
government tax on the total package; costs incurred prior
to or following the hunt; shipping of trophies and tips to
guides and staff.
